Halloween is over, we’ve just had bonfire night, Autumn is coming to an end and before we know it, it’ll be winter and you’ll start noticing tinsel up all over the place. Before the season finishes though, we thought we’d give you the lowdown of the best places to visit in the UK.

This information was compiled by HomeToGo and their researchers who took several things into account like the weather at this time of year and the number of things to do in each area. Their report found that York had the most family friendly attractions overall with a whopping 173 things to choose from!
It turns out that Hull is the place to go if you’re travelling on a budget and the New Forest is the best place for foodies. If you’re looking for the best weather, the Isle of Wight topped the list.
