Did you spot lots of statues of Gromit from the award-winning Wallace and Gromit popping up on the internet and wonder how you can find one? Well, your chance has come again as Bristol is once again home to a whole host of Gromit statues, all designed by top artists, local people and designers and this time he's all over the city and the outskirts and to make it even more exciting, he's being joined by several specially designed Wallaces and Feathers McGraws! If you're in Bristol be sure to keep your eyes peeled for them!

Gromit Unleashed 2 is back in Bristol with Nick Park’s Academy-Award winning creation. Gromit returning for another go at the Grand Appeal's sculpture trail, which this time also features Wallace and Feathers McGraw. If you’re travelling to Bristol and fancy trying to see as many of the sculptures as you can while you’re there, we can help you out.

  1. Make sure you have your phone at the ready.
There is a special app that will help you track down all the sculptures and record them. Plus they’re very cool so you’re going to want to Instagram them.
  2. Plan ahead.
The locations of these sculptures are spread all across the city, so it might be difficult to get to all of them. Many of them can be found outside the city’s main visitor attractions and iconic landmarks, but there are some outside the city and well, Bristol is a pretty big place. Make sure you’ve planned ahead which parts of the city you’ll be visiting so you can find as many sculptures as possible and soak up some of the amazing scenery at the same time.
  3. Find a Gromit themed activitiy to get involved with
Bristol is offering loads of activities to coincide with the installation, so you can even do a bit of learning while finding them all. Make your way to We the Curious for the chance to learn how to make your own Gromit and more!
  4. Set aside some time.
There are 67 of these things in total for you to find. So, make sure you have enough time if you’re planning to find all of them.
  5. Make a donation
This year, some of the sculptures will have contactless donation points so you can donate directly to the Grand Appeal who help support the Bristol Children’s Hospital.

Now you’re prepared, get out there and find some sculptures! Make sure to show us your Wallace and Gromit selfies, tag us in your pictures on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and be sure to follow #Staytripper to see everyone else’s pictures.
