Beginner or regular practiser, you are invited to experience Yoga at Quarry Bank.
Join Jeanie as she guides you through the traditional practices of the union of nature and yoga, as well as pranayama. Jeanie Davies has been practicing yoga for over a decade and teaches a Hatha practice based on traditional yoga postures, alignment and pranayama (breath work) to create space in the body and mind.
