Join Jeanie as she guides you through the physical practice. After the session, enjoy a hot drink, a slice of cake and enjoy a group discussion on the traditional practices of the union of nature and yoga, as well as pranayama.
Jeanie Davies has been practicing yoga for over a decade and teaches a Hatha practice based on traditional yoga postures, alignment and pranayama (breath work) to create space in the body and mind. Jeanie loves the union of nature and yoga and as well as teaching with the National Trust, she shares her practice in her gardens at home www.jeaniedavies.co.uk/yoga
