Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, Riverdance, scheduled at Utilita Arena 25-26 April has been postponed until 19-20 September 2020.
The Big North Tattoo Show has been growing in reputation as one of the biggest and best tattoo conventions in Europe. The show is organised in conjunction with the UK’s leading tattoo publication, Total Tattoo Magazine, so the list of attending artists inevitably reads like a ‘who’s who’ in the tattoo world. As well as local and national talent, the city of Newcastle will once again play host to artists from across the world. If you don’t fancy travelling to Canada, Japan or Russia to get your ink fix, then this is the perfect opportunity to discover 300 of the best artists in tattooing right now – all on your doorstep.
You can get tattooed on the day, get inspiration for a future tattoo or watch the world’s best artists create masterpieces on skin ‘live’.
Of course, you don’t actually have to get tattooed or pierced over the weekend. As well as the live tattooing and opportunities to check out your favourite artists, there’s an amazing arrangement of entertainment featuring spectacular, mind-blowing performances, art installations and even a free retro gaming arcade for the gamers.
So tons of art, tattoos, entertainment and huge crowds of attendees make this an alternative style event to not miss out on
