Music on stage on a sunny day

About

Stompin on the Quomps is a music festival situated in the picturesque surroundings of Christchurch Quay.

FOOD & DRINK

Each year, a host of local food and drink producers provide a wide selection of culinary delights for our audience.

All our food and drink traders have achieved a level 5 food hygiene rating so you can be sure of eating top quality food.

THE VENUE: CHRISTCHURCH QUAY

The beautiful Christchurch Quay is the idyllic location for Stompin’ on the Quomps. With both a festival stage and the victorian wrought iron bandstand in use, the music is nonstop from noon till night.

Guide Prices

Stompin' is unticketed. We ask visitors to make a donation to one of our team who will be seeking your support. The suggested donation is £5. Part of all donations will go to help Christchurch projects initiated or supported by Christchurch Round Tale.

Map & Directions

Road Directions

If you drive to Stompin' this year, the Priory car park and the area around Christchurch Quay gets exceptionally congested. We recommend Mayors Mead at the north east end of the Quomps, or the Wick Lane car park behind the Regent centre. You can walk from Bank Close and Bridge Street car parks in less than 10 minutes.

Public Transport Directions

There are frequent buses to Christchurch High Street, a few minutes' walk from Christchurch Quay. Christchurch Railway Station is a leisurely 15-minute walk, or a short taxi ride.
