The Stockport Rock Choir is led by local vocal tutor Xander-Jaymes Le Petit. You've probably heard of our unique sellout O2 arena event in 2013 and our secret singing flash mobs around country for Comic Relief (just search 'Great British flash mob' on YouTube!), but at Rock Choir we know it's not just about the unique huge events, it's about our choir members singing in the community. Join your local Stockport Rock Choir to become part of this 'national phenomenon' (as described in the Sunday Times) and discover a whole new world of opportunities to sing and meet people.
With no audition process, no need to read music and no pressure to sing live or perform until you're ready, Xander-Jaymes' expert tuition will guide you through our unique arrangements of your favourite pop, Motown and rock hits from Michael Jackson to Maroon 5 and every song in between! Whether you're joining to make new friends, find some time for yourself or even find the courage to sing on a stage, the fun and relaxed atmosphere at our rehearsals will really boost your spirits and leave you with a natural high!
