Sticker Rally

It all started in an orchard in Lower Sticker, near St Austell in 2003. A fundraising event for Merlin MS Centre, known then as the Merlin Project, took place on a half-acre size field. It was a small affair with a few craft stalls and a beer tent, which also provided the venue for the evening entertainment, provided by local band The Bucket Boys.

That initial event, even though small in size, raised £5000 for the charity. The committee declared it a success and decided then to make it an annual event, Sticker Vintage Rally and Country Fayre was born.

The next few years saw the event move into bigger locations until a move to the Sticker AFC Football Club ground and surrounding fields, which it has become the home of the event ever since.

With a larger committee and fresh ideas, Sticker Vintage Rally and Country Fayre continues to grow year on year, offering entertainment for all the family.

Dog shows, displays, steam and vintage vehicles, craft stalls, children’s and evening entertainment are integral to the success of this now three-day event.

Charities that will benefit from this year’s rally will be, Mt. Edgcumbe Hospice , National Autistic Society (Cornwall), the Alzheimers Society and local charities to the area.
