Sheffield Waterfront Festival is Back! The Canal & River Trust will transform Victoria Quays and Attercliffe Don Valley Moorings into a festival of activity, entertainment and stalls.
In Victoria Quays there will be free boat trips throughout the day from 10am. You can also try taster canoe or paddle boarding sessions. There will be stonemasonry workshops, arts and crafts, theatrical walking tours, street performances, music and much much more!
At Attercliffe try your hand at Bollywood dancing, join the storytelling workshops, have a go at some street art, join an ice skating session at ICE Sheffield and enjoy a range of street performances with more still being confirmed.
Between the two sites there will also be a canal creature and art trail to admire plus some sessions at Curious Kids Town to enjoy. Guaranteed fun for all ages.
To get there, the nearest tram stop to the Victoria Quays site is ponds forge and there is also parking at Victoria Quays, North Quay Drive, Sheffield, S4 7SW. The nearest tram stop to Attercliffe is Sheffield Arena/Olympic Legacy Park, it is also a short walk from Coleridge Road in Darnall.
Most activities are free and can be booked on the day. Any activities that need pre-booking will be announced.
