Details:

* Each visit to the grotto consists of up to 12 children and their accompanying adults.
*Tickets are valid for our Santa’s Grotto experience are on the date/time selected only.
*Grotto visits will include storytelling, song time, an opportunity to meet Santa, a photo opportunity and a gift.
* Each child may be accompanied by up to a maximum of 2 adults. Due to capacity restrictions, unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional visitors.
* Each tour of the grotto lasts approximately 20 minutes.
* Tickets include a gift for each child to take home. Santa selects his gifts especially for your child based on age/gender, so please ensure that their details have been correctly entered online to help him make his choice.
* Photography opportunities will be available during your child’s visit to Santa’s Grotto.
*Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable.
* We are unable to delay the start of the tour or refund/transfer late arrivals. Please arrive ten minutes before your allocated time slot.
* Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their visit.
* Prams/strollers must be left outside the Grotto.
* Babies under the age of one may accompany parents and siblings into the Grotto. However, only children with a paid ticket will receive a gift from Santa.
