The Rocky Horror SwimRun incorporates 15 mile, 7 mile and a 3 mile sprint swimrun and includes the stunning Thurlstone Bay, home of the locally famous Thurlstone Rock, Hope Cove and the Salcombe Estuary. It is part of the Rock Sea Sports Weekend at South Milton Sands and forms part of the second South West SwimRun Series. Bring your family for a day out in early summer. Participants can park for free.
The Rocky Horror SwimRun is a new event including 3:3 sea swim/runs, 2:2 long and short, along some of the most beautiful sections of Devon's South West Coast path. Starting at South Milton Sands, this event is suitable for experienced swimrunners, triathletes, trail runners or aquathloners, as well as those wanting to dip their toes in to try their first shot at swimrunning.
