Enjoy mindful movement under the sky to help melt away tension in the body and mind.
Using 'breathe and stretch' we will create space in the body, encouraging energy to flow. Julie will lead you through a series of postures which link with the breath to help focus the mind and restore balance, whilst improving flexibility and strength and reducing stress. Sessions include warm-up, alignment, posture, breathwork and guided meditation for relaxation.
No previous experience necessary and suitable for all. The experience is Mat Based, please bring your own we have limited spares.
