NuffieldHealth, has launched free fitness classes for 11–16-year-old girls nationwide, following research revealing that 40% saying they have fun when taking part in activities and almost one-third (32%) know it has a positive impact on their mental health- – it's time to increase excitement with these free, fun classes.
