New Year's Eve at R.S.Hispaniola
Our chefs have put together a sumptuous banquet which will be served at a leisurely pace during the course of the evening. Champagne will be served on arrival and at midnight and every table will be elegant decorated, as will the whole boat.
There will be live entertainment, and dancing well into the early hours. Guests will gravitate to the outside decks for the prime position during the midnight spectacle.

Five Course Gala Dinner with Coffee and Homemade sweets
Champagne Reception and canapés on Arrival (from 7:00-8:00pm)
Dinner starts at 8pm (for all guests)
Live Music during the evening
Dancing after Dinner
Prime position to watch the fireworks on the outside deck
Champagne at Midnight
