Gift tickets are available to print at home, to collect at the museum admissions desk and for home delivery.

Aerospace Bristol takes no responsibility for tickets and cards that are lost in the post. If possible, we will attempt to re-print unused tickets that have gone missing, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Aerospace Bristol will advise on last order dates for special occasions (e.g. the latest date to order for Mother’s Day is Thursday 12th March 2020) but cannot be held responsible to delays caused by Royal Mail or other external factors.

Gift card and home delivery for UK orders only.

Gift tickets activate when they are first used and are then valid for free day return visits for one year. Please include the full names of gift ticket recipients when ordering to ensure they can enjoy free return visits. Names can only be amended prior to the ticket’s first use.

Free day return visits excludes special daytime or evening events that are limited capacity and/or carry an additional admission charge, any dates or times when the museum is closed to visitors or at capacity, and certain bank holidays. Please be advised that our opening times may vary on event days.  Please check our opening hours before setting out for your visit to view any opening variations.

Free returns are only available to the individual named on the ticket. When entering the museum for a return visit, please bring your ticket and photo ID. Anyone attempting to use a return ticket will be refused entry if they are unable to provide acceptable proof of identity so, to avoid disappointment, please do not attempt to share your ticket with anyone else.

Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Children under 4 years receive free entry.

Aerospace Bristol offers free entry for dedicated carers and guide and assistance dogs are welcome.
