Free activity but normal admission fees (NT members free entry) and boat fares apply.
Boats leave from the National Trust Sandbanks jetty located adjacent to the Sandbanks chain ferry and from Poole Quay. Follow signs for the chain ferry or for Poole Quay.There is metered roadside parking at Sandbanks or a multi storey carpark behind Poole Quay.
Regular trains or buses arrive at Poole, head towards the quay to catch the ferry.There is a limited bus service to Sandbanks from Swanage/Poole or Bournemouth.
