The COVID-19 crisis has affected the mental well-being of thousands of people. That's why we created our Reconnecting Rambles to provide the opportunity to reconnect with yourself and others in some of the UK's most beautiful natural places in a safe, socially distant way. This day of hill walking with our professional team of experienced coaches, counsellors and outdoor experts creates a perfect opportunity to talk or reflect, be yourself, share experiences and enjoy an outdoor adventure! We'll show you how to experience nature at its most beautiful and benefit from the proven healing power of being out in the hills, approx. 8 miles on the southern edge of Kinder Scout.

We couple the walk with two virtually delivered coaching sessions to build confidence, support connection and restore your sense of well-being.
