Part of the Chesterfield Canal Walking Festival
Starting from Hollingwood Hub, we follow the Canal to Staveley Town Basin. Then we pick up the Arkwright Trail before turning off to Poolsbrook Country Park. Here, we take a coffee break in the Café. Those wishing to go the extra mile can walk around the lake returning to collect anyone enjoying an extended break before retracing our steps. We turn off the Trail to walk past Staveley Church, picking up a path down to the Canal via Constitution Hill bridge, and return to Hollingwood Hub.
