Starting with Charles Sellier's 1984 Silent Night, Deadly Night, little Billy learns the true power of the naughty list when Santa kills his parents in front of his eyes, leaving him with long-lasting psychological scars that re-emerge in adulthood. There's more childhood trauma in Lewis Jackson's 1980 Christma Evil, as Harry witnesses his mother groped by his Santa-suit wearing father, leading to a life-long obsession with Father Christmas that has anything but jolly results. Far from It's a Wonderful Life, these alternative flicks demonstrate that Christmas is for everybody…no matter how far out your tastes.
