About

Highly Sprung Trampoline Club is a long-established trampoline club which offers trampolining to children and adults at various in North Kent, including Strood Sports Centre.
The Strood sessions are on Tuesday 6.30pm-7.45pm and Friday 6.30pm-7.45pm are are open to all ages.
Highly Sprung TC is a club for people who want to enjoy the sport of trampolining. Members can choose to bounce for recreational purposes only, to work for British Gymnastics proficiency badges, to participate in competitions or to learn to be a judge and/or a coach.
