Discover photos, documents and artefacts documenting the local history of the Duke of Rutland’s Longshaw estate, through to the estates hand over in 1927 to the National Trust. This exhibition highlights the important role local people played in improving access to the countryside in the Peak District. Sheffield Museums will be joining us and exhibiting some artefacts belonging to G H B Ward.
