PLUS: Don't miss our fantasmagorical new exhibition in the National Motor Museum, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang 50 years, celebrating the 50th anniversary of the family favourite film!

Traditional Soul Cakes

Head to the Victorian Kitchen to watch the cook bake soul cakes, a traditional autumn recipe.

Creative Crafts

Discover your creative side with special arts and crafts activities to get stuck into.

See Mythical Creatures

Can you find the fairy doors along the Mill Pond Walk? How about the magnificent tree carvings of a griffin, the Hydra and the mythical Green Man?

Hear Spooky Stories

Restless spirits have been seen and heard in Palace House over the centuries. Listen to costumed guides as they tell chilling ghost stories from the past.

Face Painting

Younger visitors can have their face painted with a ghoulish design. What will you choose to be?

Find All The Hidden Spiders

Can you spot where these eight-legged critters have gone?
