2.30pm – Discover George’s links with Chesterfield.
See his final resting place and the stunning stained glass window commissioned by his son Robert.
Fun for all the family with handling objects, talks and activities.
This is a partnership event organised by Chesterfield Museum and Holy Trinity Church.
Entry to the event is free, however donations to 'Hope House' and 'Worth' are welcomed.
Refreshments will be available.

From North/South Leave M1 at junction 29 and follow A617 to Chesterfield (approx 4 miles). At roundabout select middle lane and take 3rd exit. At next roundabout select right lane and take 2nd exit. Keep in right hand lane and go straight on through traffic lights and round 'Crooked Spire' Church. Select right hand lane. At traffic lights go straight on. Keep to right hand lane as approach large roundabout with car park in middle. Follow signs to Sheffield round the roundabout. At mini roundabout take 1st exit (Newbold Road). Holy Trinity Church is on right a few hundred yards down road.
From East Follow A617 to junction with M1 motorway, then follow route from North/South.
From West Follow A619 to Chesterfield. At traffic light controlled roundabout (Matalan) select middle lane and take 2nd exit turning left into Rutland Road. Select right lane and, at traffic lights turn right. Go straight on through traffic lights and, at roundabout select left lane and take 2nd exit. At mini roundabout take 1st exit (Newbold Road). Holy Trinity Church is on right a few hundred yards down road.
