Following the success of our witches grotto last year, the FRIGHTS OF ABRAHAM returns to Masson Hill this October half term with a brand new Halloween grotto adventure, (small additional admission charge - includes a gift for every child) 

October half term is a great time to visit the Heights, with colourful scarecrow displays, tasty Halloween treats in the cafe and all our award-winning family attractions, including illuminated cavern tours in the Great Masson Cavern, Exhibitions, Adventure Playgrounds, Woodland Trails and much more.

Grotto tours will take place between 12.00 noon and 3.00pm only
Additional charge for visit and gift per child £4.50
Suggested ages: 3 to 10 years.

Are you ready for an adventure? Join Lady Brassington, wife of the courageous explorer and geologist Lord Brassington, on a journey through the newly discovered time portal and into the Tomb of Treasure. Will you find the Cavern ghost? If so, he might just open his box of treasures and give you a gift!  We think the grotto is suitable for children over the age of four. 

The Grotto visit will last approximately 20 minutes.

Mums and dads are welcome to join the adventure into the caverns, and because they're all grown up they don't need a ticket. However, if your child would like to join the treasure hunt and secure a gift from the magic box - they'll need a special GROTTO TICKET. But hurry because there are only 300 tickets available for each day, and once they've gone, not even with the magical enchantment of the spirit of the cavern will you get through the door.

We strongly recommend you book your cable car tickets for your October Half Term well in advance to avoid disappointment during this busy period.
