Want to feel more relaxed and peaceful whilst getting to spend time in beautiful nature? Well, look no further! This forest bathing experience is the perfect way for you to unwind and reconnect with the great outdoors.
Forest bathing is said to reduce stress, relieve anxiety and give your wellbeing a much-needed boost! After all, forests are the perfect place to try mindfulness. They are places where you can truly see the magic of the seasons changing all around you.
Your host Lindsey has 10 years of experience in Wildlife Conservation and recently trained as a Forest Bathing Guide with the desire to 'encourage a deep connection with nature for all people, in order to benefit emotional and physical wellbeing.'
What to expect: - Full day nature retreat - Be led on a forest bathing walk by a trained guide, experienced in mental health work and mindfulness - Learn and practise mindfulness techniques you can use everyday - Explore Leigh Woods (we'll be based in the Paradise Bottom area) - Enjoy blissful moments to explore on your own - Round off the day with tea and cake and a group chat around a fire, bliss!
