The 44 year tradition of a fireworks event in the city was saved earlier this year after Vivacity and Live Promotions Events joined forces to announce a brand new family-focused proposition at the venue, as well as the spectacle that Peterborough residents have come to expect.

This year, in addition to a spectacular fireworks display, Fireworks Fantasia will also feature an extensive indoor children’s soft-play area and entertainments stage, which will be included in the ticket price. There will also be a funfair as well as food and drink vendors, ensuring a great afternoon and evening out for all of the family.

The fireworks display itself will be delivered by Titanium Fireworks, who have provided the fireworks displays for New Year’s Eve on the Thames, London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games Opening and Closing Ceremonies and Adele The Finale concert at Wembley Stadium in 2017.

Fireworks Fantasia, Saturday 2 November 2019, will also support two local charities – Sue Ryder and Young People’s Counselling Service (YPCS).
