On Sunday 15th March leading housebuilder Redrow Homes is inviting potential homebuyers to come and see the bungalows and show homes on site.
From 11am-3pm, members of the public are invited to explore the development and ask the sales team any burning questions about the homes and further planning at the site.
Current statistics show a rising increase in the demand for bungalows as older prospective homebuyers look for a cost-effective option to downsize to an accessible and easy to manage home.
Redrow Homes' Romansfield development in Okehampton, Devon, is one of many of the developer's sites throughout the country where bungalows are receiving a great deal of interest from prospective homebuyers.
The Fairford is one of the housebuilder's bungalow properties currently available at the development starting from £343,995.
