Measuring over 3 metres claw to claw the Japanese Spider Crab is a giant that evades the rules of time… living up to 100 years old! Despite its ferocious appearance the Japanese Spider Crab is quite a friendly fellow, so come exploring and meet this giant dweller of the deep.

Our crabs aren't the only giants hiding in the lair – the Giant Pacific Octopus is the king of camouflage, changing its appearance to blend into its environment. Not only is the Giant Pacific Octopus the largest of its species… it is also one of the smartest!
But your adventure doesn't stop there! Crawl amongst the fluorescent world of the floating moon jellyfish in our brand new 360 degree doughnut tank - to get any closer you would have to get wet!
