About

Classic Cars On The Prom/Quomps features an ever changing line up of vehicles dating from 1915 up to pre-September 2001 which means that all the vehicles now have to be prior to the new style "51" registration plate (ie AB52 XYZ).

The event supports local charities/benefactors such as; RNLI, Beach Lifeguards of Poole Bay, Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulances and Langside School for Disabled Children.

This summer/autumn, the dates for the Quomps are, Sunday's from 10am until 5pm:-

3 September Classic Cars On The Quay (Christchurch Quay)

10 September Classic Cars On The Quay (Christchurch Quay)

24 September Classic Cars On The Quay (Christchurch Quay)

8 October Classic Cars On The Quay (Christchurch Quay)

All vehicles must have been registered before September 2001 & come along with an oil drip tray & a £2 coin to gain admittance

Please note that space is limited so it’s on a first come, first served basis. That said, the display normally attracts between 70 and 130 vehicles each week.

The event is subject to weather and other seafront/quay activities.

We provide a club for like minded classic car enthusiasts in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole and surrounding areas to display their lovingly preserved and cared for motoring treasures.
