In view of the current situation with the COVID-19 : Coronavirus Pandemic in the U.K., the Rotary Club of Cheltenham North has concluded that the Cheltenham Wine Festival scheduled to take place Saturday 4th April 2020 must be CANCELLED.

This will be a disappointment and inconvenience to many ticket-holders and exhibitors but we believe that we have no alternative.

The wellbeing of ticket-holders, exhibitors and our members working at the festival must be our first priority.

This cancellation will have a major impact on the Rotary Club’s charitable funds, so we would invite you to consider donating the cost of your tickets to our charitable fund.

Ticket-holders, however, have three options:
- Donate the cost of your tickets to our charitable fund.
- Retain your tickets and use them for next year’s Cheltenham Wine Festival, which is booked for Saturday 10th April 2021 at the Pittville Pump Room
- Receive a full refund of the ticket price.

We thank you for supporting the Cheltenham Wine Festival and hope to be able to welcome you to the event in 2021.
