What is the Cheltenham Paint Festival?

The annual Cheltenham Paint Festival brings high-quality artwork from leading national and international street artists to Cheltenham every year.

Past street artists have included - Inkie, Dank (aka Dan Kitchener), Fabio Petani, Zabou, Samer, Rocket01, Faunagraphic and Pad 303 amongst countless others. Andy Dice, the founder and organiser of the annual festival, has created many lasting festival legacies in the town, including the Cheltenham sign on Gloucester Road by the train station, a tribute to local NHS workers during the pandemic.

One of the many great things about the Cheltenham Paint Festival is that it can be enjoyed year round. All of the large scale / full wall street art murales are permanent and therefore available to appreciate long after the artists have left town.  We highly recommend you put your walking shoes on, (or jump on your bike!), to explore the 8k street art route around Regency Cheltenham. Visit the Cheltenham Paint Festival website for a downloadable map or use this Google Map of artworks.
