Bulbs for all seasons – a talk by Anna Pavord

Anna Pavord is the author of a several books on plants and gardening, with a particular interest in bulbs; books include "The tulip" and "Bulb". She is the gardening correspondent for The Independent and a regular contributor to a range of newspapers and magazines on gardening subjects. Her expertise in gardening is put to good effect on the Gardening Panels of both the National Trust and English Heritage. She wrote and presented the television series Flowering Passions on Channel 4. She is an acclaimed speaker and we expect this talk to be no exception.
The talk is one of the Alpine Garden Society Dorset Group's regular monthly meetings, held on the first Thursday of the month. Admission is free to AGS members, and £2.50 to non-members. All are welcome. Contact us for a programme of future meetings.
