Established in 2017, Billy Bootleggers has since become the most talked about Americana basement dive bar in the city centre.

Last year, city centre bar Billy Bootleggers hosted Bottomless Home Alone nights, where Geordies could enjoy both hit Macaulay Culkin films, while enjoying unlimited prosecco or beer.

Well Billy has upped the ante for 2019 as there will be NINE separate Boozy Christmas Movie nights on the menu for December as well as two afternoon sessions.

Tickets are priced at £26.64 per person and for that you get two hours of either unlimited prosecco or beer and burgers to put a lining on your stomach.

The burgers are: Hank Burger
Seasoned premium beef patty with cheese on a bed of beef tomato, lettuce and onion with burger sauce (also available as a chicken or bean burger)

Buffalo Chicken Burger
Tender southern fried chicken breast with cheese, smothered in hot buffalo sauce on a bed of blue cheese sauce with beef tomato topped with spring onion

Black and Blue
Seasoned premium beef patty on a bed of sweet onion jam and lettuce, covered in blue cheese sauce and black pudding chunks
