Battle of the Burger returns to Wylam Brewery at Palace of Arts in Exhibition Park this Easter.
Head along to test out the very best of the regions burgers from 10 burger vendors who are pitted against each other to be made your champion. Tuck into a mix of local heroes, permanent restaurants, and seasoned street food traders who will all provide a scaled down version of their signature patty & bun for £3. There will be a fully vegan offering too.
And now for the first time a £6 'game changer' offering. The event is FREE entry for all. All are welcome including kids and well behaved dogs.
Tokens cost £3.00 each. Available at the reception.
Winner takes all.
This is an opportunity for kitchens to flex those muscles and present something truly special whilst representing their menu overall. This really is Top Gun for burger purveyors with Wylam as our Miramar. As always we’re showcasing burgers from near and far in an attempt to keep those local vendors on their toes. As always there can be only one!
As always this is a FREE entry event.
Obviously the event will be washed down with an array of beers & ales courtesy of our host Wylam Brewery. We’ll be taking over their rear terrace, tap room, and main hall across both days. All to the sound of the cities finest DJs and beatmakers curated by one20 at the helm (Playing to table tops until midnight) and an after-party as always at MSA.
