Briony

About

Baking star, Briony Williams first came to light when she launched onto our screens on the 2018 series of The Great British Bake Off.

Friday 7th February, from 12noon

After years of honing her creative baking skills at home, Briony spent a stressful nine weeks in The Great British Bake Off tent.

Having studied at Durham University, she's a big fan of the North East and we are delighted to be welcoming Briony for a special afternoon tea!

Join us for delicious cakes designed by Briony herself followed by a Q & A with the bake-off star.
Please note full pre-payment is required at the time of booking. Maximum table size of 10 guests for this special event.
