A list has been revealed on the world's best beaches and one of the UK's most popular tourist-friendly beaches has been included on the list, featuring alongisde beaches in Cape Verde, Australia and the Seychelles. 

You might not know this, but Britain is home to four of the world’s eleven International Dark Sky Reserves, places that have little to no light pollution, so the night sky and all the wonders of the universe are available for all to see. 

Summer is the time for Festivals and with so many weekend events happening all over the country, no one will forgive you for packing a bag and heading off to a field to watch your favourite bands in the sunshine. Or the mud. Come on, this is England. 

The finale weekend of Bath Festival has announced big name headliners, Clean Bandit and Van Morrison. This year’s Bath Festival begins on 17^th May with the annual Party in the City, this opening event sees venues all over the city welcoming in residents and visitors to enjoy live music and other events.

The VisitEngland Visitor Attraction Accolade winners have been announced with attractions all over the country being recognised in five top categories including Best Visitor Welcome and Hidden Gem. 

Fans of the Great British Bake Off are in for a treat at this year’s Flavour Fest in Plymouth, with series six winner Nadiya Hussain and series eight runner-up Steven Carter-Bailey both appearing in the Cookery Theatre.
