The popular free music festival at The Brewery Quarter returns to kick start the summer holidays, Friday 26 – Sunday 28 July 2024! 

Get ready to groove and celebrate at Summer Jam: The Lakefest Warmup 2024, happening at The Brewery Quarter in Cheltenham. This electrifying event is the perfect way to get into the festival spirit before Lakefest kicks off in August!

Event highlights:

Featuring Lakefest recommended acts and bands: Experience the incredible talent handpicked from Lakefest's lineup. These acts will set the stage on fire with their electrifying performances and infectious energy.

Headline acts: Prepare to be blown away by our stellar lineup of headline acts! On Friday night, rock out to Brewery favourite The Mark Walby Band. Saturday night brings nostalgia with Abz Love from the hit 90's boy band Five who will be singing a variety of Five songs and his own hits. Plus, on Sunday night, groove to the soulful disco sounds of Camilla Lewington.

Road to Lakefest Grand Final: Don't miss the grand finale of Road to Lakefest on Saturday afternoon, where the winning bands and artists will compete for a coveted slot on Lakefest's main stage. Get ready to discover the next big thing in music!

Silent disco: New for 2024! Experience the thrill of dancing to your favourite tunes with a twist at our Silent Disco. Grab a pair of headphones and dance the night away under the stars.

Family-friendly fun: Bring the whole family along for a day of entertainment! On the Saturday and Sunday daytime kids can enjoy performances by a Swashbuckling Sorcerer or witness the wonder of Science Magic that will leave them in awe. Look out for some surprise characters roaming around too!

Festival crafts: Get creative with Spare Room Arts and craft your own festival accessories! From funky head gear to vibrant wristbands, unleash your artistic side and stand out from the crowd.

Outdoor bars: Stay refreshed and hydrated with our outdoor bars serving up a variety of beverages to suit every taste. On Friday and Sunday, you’ll be served by The Alchemist and Brewhouse & Kitchen, whilst on Saturday Flight Club will be playing host.

Takeaway food: Indulge in delicious bites from Brewery Quarter venues available for takeaway. From gourmet burgers to pizza, noodles, or curry, satisfy your cravings while enjoying the festivities.

Lakefest ticket office: Still need to secure your tickets for Lakefest? Visit the ticket office onsite and ensure you don't miss the summer's hottest music festival.

Get ready to soak up the sunshine, dance to the beat, and create unforgettable memories at Summer Jam: The Lakefest Warmup 2024. Join us for three days of music, entertainment, and summer fun at The Brewery Quarter in Cheltenham. See you there!

Whilst this is a free event please can we remind guests that any food and drink consumed within the area must be from one of the serving bars, and takeaway food from eateries in The Brewery Quarter only. The event is for the benefit of the community and our venues, so we thank you for your understanding.

Road Directions

The Brewery Quarter Cheltenham is located 10 minutes off junctions 10 (southbound traffic only) and 11 of the M5 motorway and on the A40 from London and Oxford. To find the NCP car park using a sat nav please enter the post code GL50 4EJ for Monson Avenue.

Public Transport Directions

The Brewery Quarter is located in the heart of Cheltenham town centre. If you're in the centre of town it's on the Western end of the High Street, just a short stroll from the Promenade.

If you're walking from Cheltenham race course look out for the distinctive famous art deco sculpture 'The Celluloid Ladies' on the corner of The Brewery Quarter on St Margaret's Road.

The Brewery Quarter is situated opposite St Mary's minster – the oldest building in Cheltenham – look out for the spire!
